I know my little sister Anna Samole won the polevault with a vault of 9'0" and re-set her own school record. That's all I have.

i aslo heard travis hoover broke NB's record with 12 feet during a jump off with some ridge boys, anybody have some official results?

and your sisters only a what freshmen?

even still 2 more years is alot of time to get better cuz your senior year you want it to be your best so you tend to step it up a notch!

The best performances I see are by LaGod in the 100 (10.8) and 200 (22.6), but a 50.8 400m by D'Carrion from Berlin is pretty impressive for late April.

I'd suggest to Mr. D'Carrion that he concentrate on the 400m at States and scratch from everything else.

Not much else in that meet catches my eye as overly impressive, but I'm sure the meet provided a good tune-up for Districts.

I'm pretty sure that's what he'll do, provided he wins it at districts. Last year, I'm pretty sure he would have won it at districts had he not had to get shoulder surgery from a wrestling injury halfway through the season. He ran it a couple of times last season before he had to leave the team and ran in the low 50s.
