What I'm wondering is, didn't a former Westmont coach get in trouble for doing the same thing to a kid at practice that Salem did to this #9 during the game. Talk about abuse. How old is that kid, about 17? WOW. I never saw a kid grabbed like that. Wonder if he is being treated for whiplash today. It was brutal.

why do the fh fans feel obligated to come on here & defend their coaches decisions....How can you have a choice & end up against the wind in the 4th qtr.?? We should remember he is " one of the winningest coaches in PA"....well if you have coached since like 1968, I hope you have a few wins! But look @ big games in recent yrs...I believe he has lost 8 of last 12 to BM, 5 of last 6 to Tyrone, 2 in a row to CC & now a home playoff game to Central. Not being a Math major, looks to me like less than a 20% winning record in these games...4 wins in 21 contests....ouch! But I'm sure the game plans and such were well thought out processes!!
vman of course wants to use the time periods most favorable to his fantasy. So I'll use mine from more recent history.

Nearly all of those "BIG GAMES" were regular season games.
He wants to ignore the fact that the Rangers playoff record against McCort since 2002 is 3-1.
Two losses in a row to CC (both regular season) after how many 11 or 12 wins in a row?
BTW, we kicked off twice in 2001 against BC on a high wind day in Altoona and the result worked very well.

vwoman is a classic hater, he accuses everyone else of hating McCort just because we all know they have an unfair advantage, all the while he spews his own brand of hate which his moronic following are all too happy to agree with ...

just throwing a stat out there...in both games that forest hills lost this year...glessner threw 9 picks!!!! 4 against central and 5 against central cambria.

there seems to be a weak link if you ask me

glessner throws maybe 1 or 2 picks the rangers win the game

congrats central

Great post Xylo.

Even if FH practices are run how they are run...IMO that speaks more of the football knowledge the man has.

Lets compare apples to apples. I'd like to see what would happen to the McCort if J.D. Jones were to leave BM. Probably back to slightly above average...like their program was until their recent stint.

This topic isn't even worth getting into. Like usual, Vman is just trying to jump on the pile with usual cheap shots. I for one am proud of this year's Ranger seniors for re-establishing pride to program after how miserable last year was...regardless of last night's game.

Good luck to Central next week. I was genuinely happy for their program and team last night. That was a huge win for that program and you could tell how much it meant to them.

Oh yea great post ladies; I think I get it now....we can post ridiculous, personal, cheap shot attacks about BM coaches, players, teachers or families for years and 58 pages of hate but you can't post facts about fh!

Hey it wasn't nealy this bad, until the new sheriff came to town. If he'd have just stayed away, the tit for tat stuff that used to go on would have been NOTHING like it is now. I'll bet when vman posts, McCort fans cringe, knowing that he just makes it worse. He has done more to ruin BM's reputation on here than any other poster. He alone has drawn more criticism to BM than any other source. With friends like him, BM doesn't need (more) enemies.

Another defense mechanism? You're getting pretty good at it.
