No problem, it happens.

Surprised to see Epler and Shay say that they were keen to the McCort-Carroll game.

And if time permitted this week, I would fancy a road trip to Lewisburg where two of the top small-school programs will settle it on the field. It’s going to get rowdy when re-energized Mount Carmel, ranked 7th in Class AA, invades fourth-ranked Lewisburg. We’re also keeping an eye on that Bishop Carroll-Bishop McCort throwdown at the infamous Point.

This week is the reason why I didn't want to buy into the MU hype. Aside from one drive in the third, the boys just didn't want it at all. West Branch has a pretty solid team, they could be capable of pulling off more of these surprises. West Branch very well could top Everett, Claysburg and Glendale, finish 5-4 and head to the playoffs.

West Branch > Mt Union > Huntingdon > Central Mountain

Is little ole West Branch better than AAAA Central Mountain?

This has been a strange season and it's only week 2! Gonna be a wild fall...

Rangers up 16-0 just before the half......Guess folks in Sidman can come in from the ledge.

Nice bounce back win for the Rangers. They took a quarter to get rolling, but when they did it got ugly fast. Coach Bailey made some changes on offense and defense and they appear to be for the better.

I guess the 18 people who uttered the words "maybe it's time for coach Bailey to retire" (yes 18, I kept track this week) to the OG this week may just have jumped the gun.
And the last thing I must tell you...NEVER QUIT!

It's does one good to go and see two different teams play each other once in a while. It gives you a different perspective of things. Went to the Johnstown/PC game last night. I was wondering though, why Penna left Simon in the entire game until 1:07 left on the clock. The game had been out of reach for some time when he called time out, and brought in his subs. The second string QB, #14, got 3 snaps from center before the final whistle. Wouldn't it have been a better idea to get that kid some more experience? Also, why risk your starting QB on a rainy night with the game well in hand. Simon means EVERYTHING to the Trojans. The Johnstown running game by itself, just ain't gonna do it.
