I believe 1 and 8, 3 and 6 play Friday while 2 and 7, 4 and 5 play Saturday. I believe that's how it works.

In the past it has always been 1-8 and 2-7 play Friday and 3-6 and 4-5 play on Saturday.

I thought barnes played awesome on defense and had 75 yards rushing. Beeman dropped the fake punt pass and deblase had a td go thru his hands. A lot of pressure on him. Has better overall stats this year in less quarters played than chadbourn. And he is a junior and chadbourn is a senior. U can't do it all yourself. What happened to your big playmaker joe?? He also had a fumble and should have been a td taken away. Name me a somerset player that did better?? U can't. Bg basically made them all look bad.

Plus playing through an early 1st quarter sprained ankle was pretty gutsy and finishing the game not 100%.

This is the 2nd time I saw Barnes play this year. He did not look good in my opinion. Seemed timid.

This was the first time this team has really faced any adversity. I didn't think they handled it well, but it was good to get that out of the way so they know what it feels like. They'll be much tougher now. As far as Barnes, he was running fairly decent. I think he tried to carry the load too much himself. He made a couple bad decisions on throws trying to force stuff, but I think it was a great experience for him to grow as a player.
BG should make the state finals. What a defense
