WOW! How stupid can you be. You win by 26 pts., then, if the story in the paper is correct, you go after the team you just crushed. The parties involved, including Pryor, should be suspended for the remaining playoff games. This should make Paterno, Tressel {spelling}, and Rodrigues happy.

N Cath basically started it on the floor with 2 Tech Fouls.

I am NOT surprised in the least...NCatholic is a bunch of wanna-be thugzzz and punks. Their on-court behavior and sportsmanship is embarassing for their school and quite disgraceful. This is a well known fact throughout the WPIAL and North Hills.

Last year, the team I follow (Shaler Area) played NC...It was an early season game and very ugly...We won by 15, but it could've been 25-30 if we would've made our FTs...We shot 42 FTs (only made about half) and NC had 3 techs and a player ejection. NCath was just hammering us throughout the game, and it got downright dirty at the end with intentional fouls, trash talking by NC, and an out of control coach. Their team is a circus act and their behavior and antics are ridiculous.

North Catholic=What a bunch of losers. Glad to see them eliminated.

I attened the North Catholic game when they came to Ebensburg to play the Hilltoppers in the first round of the state playoffs last year. You could tell from the begining with all the physical fouls that it was going to be a long game for both Westy and the refs. When Westmont got up big on them, they started to hack away on Balog and Stephenson and the rest of the team. It looked like they had no respect for their opponents and the only way they know how to lose was by going out with a fight. It was very encouraging to see how Westmont kept their composure and how they responded to the physical play of North Catholic. I would hope that North Catholic has suspenions that carry over into next season since they seem to have started the brawl. Well, then again they are a private school so they can do what they want.

I cant believe that you guys would say that a private/catholic school that prides themselves on discipline and self control would act in such a way.

ill never forget that game. i believe it was either young or demarco, but i remember a northern catholic player intentionally kicking a westmont player in the head as he was down. it was honestly just disgraceful basketball.

If it is true that NC acted this way, then shame on them. But Jeannette still has to be smart and let the score do their talking. The Jeannette coach HAS to keep control of his team. As always, Its unfortunate that the ones who maybe started it are the ones who don't get punished.
