After what seems like everyone else has 50 commits already, PSU lands their first.

As a junior, Howle was first-team All-Conference and All-State. He was also named Conference Lineman of the Year.
He carries a 3.9 core GPA. He runs a 4.8 short shuttle, bench pressed 400 pounds and squats 500 pounds.
Pretty fast for a kid that big!
