Folks, good ol’ DB here and I am just as excited as you are! Long gone are the days of getting beaten-down with many recruiting bulletins by yours truly. Now, all the recruiting information you could ever need is RIGHT HERE ON IT’S OWN PAGE! I have assembled an amazing team of colleagues. This whole operation was a brainstorming endeavor that me and my best bud Ricky came up with while fleeing the scene of a very brutal shanking in A block. I looked at Ricky and he looked at me and we just both said: "There has got to be a better life out there." There is, and we found it! Now, we are dedicated to bringing you the highest quality recruiting updates, 24-7, around the clock, once a month! Could it get any better than this? YES. The other current members of our awesome team are Rhodes Scholar and well-respected genius Professor Pickles, as well as long-time WJAC-TV anchorman Marty Radovanic!

A lot of people have been emailing us and the feedback has been tremendous. Many of the emails say, "Hey ol’ DB, why BARF?" Well, I am here to answer your question! It all started when it was just me and Ricky. We were operating a 2-man crew in El Paso and we were knocking off every Valero within a 25 mile radius. Then, Ricky and I turned to eachother while speeding through the city and we both said: "There has got to be a better life!" Once again, we found it, and F.A.R.T. was born! First-Alert Recruiting Team. But since we were both behind bars, we needed to hire a few more smooth-operators to help us spread the good word of college football recruiting! That is why we contacted an old friend of mine from the LHSports.com and BleacherCoaches.com days: Professor Pickles! He eagerly accepted and we had a tearful reunion through the glass barrier in the visitor’s room. But we also needed someone tough as nails who was ready for any news challenge, and that man is none other than Johnstown’s own Marty Radovanic!

It was Marty’s idea to change the name, to make it a little more prestigious, because, let’s face it, F.A.R.T. spells fart! So Ricky quantified that the way to make it sound more prestigious was to make it BRITISH. British people get tons of respect! So here we are, April 2008, B.A.R.F. is ready to bring you all the awesomely packed, radicool recruiting news you can handle! Stay tuned for more from all of us here at B.A.R.F.!!!! We are so exited to be able to share all our knowledge and enthusiasm with you, and together we are going to revolutionize college football recruiting!
