BAWK BAWK! Hello again, friends! Professor Pickles here with the April SEC recruiting report. Let's see if I have any more
luck with the SEC than I did with the Sun Belt. The level of disrespect that I encounter on a daily basis is simply off the charts. I am from the proudest cockfighting and KFC stock, yet I get no respect. I am a well-known educator and former Rhodes Scholar. Do you think I get any respect? No way, bub! I even had a kid in Alabama try to put me on a sandwich. i was like "Yo, dude, I am still alive over here and I am wearing a hat!!!!" People say you gotta dress for success, you gotta dress your profession. It gets me nowhere in this hellhole we call life. Do you have any idea what its like being a 4 inch chicken that follows recruiting? I can't even fly all that well. I been taking the bus all over the southeast. Only good thing is that I don't eat much, so my grocery bill is pretty low. Try gettin' that skeeterhead TAE to pay for your travel expenses. TAE can't handle money for ****!

Interesting as Turrell Williams, RB, decommitted from Ole Miss and committed to Arkansas. Chris Garrett, 3-star QB, has decommitted from Mississippi State and committed to LSU.

WHO'S HOT?
============

BAWK BAWK! LSU is one of the top dogs nationally so far, with a strong '09 commit total and talent level. Looks like a national title is still bringing gifts, even 3 months after the game was played. Georgia is also compiling an awesome cast for 2009. No doubt that the 2008 hype is affecting this class in a positive way. Great things are expected from Richt and his boys this season, who will probably start the season in the nation's top spot. Mississippi State is also quick out of the gate, and although thsey already lost a 3-star QB (Chris Garrett) to LSU, the early commit total for Croom is impressive, especially considering Miss. State's recent struggles in the past few years. Tennessee landed a huge commit when they nailed 4-star WR Je'Ron Stokes from Philadelphia. This is a great, early sign for a Tennessee program who struggled in their 2008 recruiting class.

WHO'S NOT?

Surprisingly enough, all is quiet on the Alabama front. They have 1 commit so far, and he's been committed for what seems like an eternity. I suspect this 2009 recruiting class for Alabama will skyrocket once the season starts and everyone sees how Alabama is the darkhorse to win this conference. Vanderbilt is the only program still off the board.
