Malcolm Willis out of Indian Head, Md. has committed to Penn State. Here are his stats:

Ht: 6-1 Wt: 185 40: 4.65
Position: S
Year: Class of 2009
High School: Lackey HS

Rivals has him a DB. But here are his accomplishments from Scout, pay special attention to the last.

As a junior, Willis registered 95 tackles, three interceptions and returned one pick for a touchdown. He was voted second-team All-County, honorable mention All-Conference and honorable mention All-Met at safety. Willis was also named first-team All-Area at quarterback.

Now, who knows what "all-area" even means, but he must have been decent.

TAE, Is 4.65 quick enough for safety?

All-area in certain parts of Maryland are like being able to throw a ball with accuracy for 15 yards. I am not sure about this part of Maryland, though. So, all-area could mean a lot more there.

Yeah, it's probably fast enough for a safety. He'll get faster by default.

Who knows what "all area" means. That might mean "Claysburg" for all I know.

I'm not sure if Paterno knows what "all area" means either, but I'm sure he knows what "di arrhea" means.
