PSU's record against the last 3 ranked teams they've played: 1-2 (Thanks, Illini!)

PSU's record at Michigan, tOSU, and Wisky: 0-25

Any questions?

Oh yeah...Pitt's record against OhioU and BGSU in last 5 years: 0-2

They've done pretty well in Madison. I'm more worried about Columbus, but even still, PSU has lost those games but played OSU very tough out there. Sooner or later they've gotta realize that they will never be taken seriously until they win in those stadiums.

ham, thanks for proving my point...No wins at tOSU since 1978 and nothing at Michigan in the last dozen years. No significant road wins to speak of in the last decade. BUT WAIT, What's this??? Pathetic Pitt beating two top 10 teams in the last 6 games ON THE ROAD??? Say it ain't so, JOE(pa)...

PSU CAN'T WIN AWAY FROM HOME AGAINST GOOD TEAMS. Deal with it.

No, I disproved your point. You're 0-25 comment was false and not even CLOSE to being correct. I know those numbers aren't very impressive, but they have won on the road in those cities.

Keep hating.

It is a fact that the nitwits havent won on the road against quality teams (ie OSU Michigan and Wisconsin) consistantly in recent memory. 2002 is a while back. And even then they werent winning consistantly. Michigan has consistantly owned psu the last 9 years-hopefully 10. That is something to brag about. The fact the psu beat osu in the leather helmet days says nothing about them in present day. Even if they win this year, they need to do it consistantly to be considered a dominating team in the big 10 plus 1. Yeah I will give psu the last 3 bowl games on Neutral fields. Neutral fields can sometimes be psu's home away from home with their following.

No no no. None of this matters, for according to Vman and his "statistics", it does not matter what a team is ranked when another team beats them. It only counts as a win against a "ranked opponent" if the defeated team ends the season ranked.

So Pitt cannot claim a win against a ranked opponent with their win over South Florida unless South Florida ends the season ranked!

Let's be consistent now Pitt fans.
