Who do you like in the upcoming NLCS and ALCS?

I dont follow too much baseball, but the Cubs lost again? Weren't they the favorites to go to the World Series? What happened?

Cubs didn't hit in round 1 vs. LA after they hit well all year. I heard people saying the biggest problem was that they don't have any lefthanded sticks in thel lineup, but they faced 2 lefty's (Hamels and Moyer) so you would think all those rightys (Sorian, Lee, Ramirez) would have been ok...not the case. However I think they do have the arms in place to make a nice run next year, but a left handed bat in between Lee and Ramirez would be nice for the Cubbies.

Both of these series really are exciting matchups. The Rays, seriously, the Rays. How on earth did they get here? Red Sox trying to repeat. Manny and the Dodgers and all their young guys starting to enter their prime. The Phillies and all those nutzo fans. Can't wait.

S Cube, it's Boston all the way again. The Phils have the best chance of beating them, but I think Boston will score between 5-7 runs a game against them. The Phils pitching staff is weak to say the least.

I agree deliverence, I would be surprised if the sox-rays series went more than 5 games. I had a brain fart in my one post, the cubs didn't face any philly lefties, they played the dodgers and saw all righties, don't know what i was thinking. I think Citizen Bank Park is maybe the biggest homefield advantage in baseball right now. Those fans just seem so into every pitch. I'm hoping the dodgers can fair better in LA.

I hate Citizen's Bank Park. If you hit a fly ball to left field, it's gone. Did you see Manny's homerun last night? They do definitely have a nice homefield advantage. I think the Dodgers can take at least two at home. Torre will have his boys ready to play. I hope so anyway because I have the Philthies.
