Rivals.com ranks Pitt 3 in their preseason poll.

Nice to see Pitt getting very high praise in the preseason...hope it turns into postseason sucess.

Pitt has as good of a trio as anyone in America....Fields Young and Blair....along with some highly touted prospects(Gibbs and Dixon) and a few key role players returning(Wannamaker McGhee and Biggs)

I think this is Jamie's best team. The schedule is favorable but still difficult.

What are everyone's thoughts on this team? Deserving of #3. or overrated.

Personally I think Pitt is top 10 no doubt....potential to win it all.

Probably projected to finish 9th in the B10 lol...

i definately don't think the panthers are overrated...

pitt has one of the best trios of big men in the country with young, blair, and brown
fields will hopefully be 100% with no nagging effects of the foot injury
and look for big things from juco transfer jermaine dixon

if everything turns out the way it looks on paper, the panthers should have an awesome year :D :D

nobody said that but i asked that question.

The Big Man trio he speaks of are Gilbert Brown Sam Young and DeJuan Blair.

But Pitt's Big 3 are Young Blair and PG LeVance Fields

They gave Penn State a game in Football this year...heard their bball team was better though
