graduating from pc and knowing that penn highlands is pretty much penn cambria senior i'd say it'd be pretty even but the added time for strength training would benefit penn highlands

Penn Highlands was a large high school back in the mid-1970s that was a brief jointure of the Chief Logan, Kishocoquillas, Rothrock, and Lewistown School Disticts. I believe that this high school existed for only 2-3 years and it was quite large.

I thought he was talking about Penn Highlands Community College, which now resides in the Richland High School building.
