Found this on the Tyrone website, it really gives a good picture of what is happening http://tyronegoldeneaglesfootball.com/Playoffs.htm
Teams that are all locked in:
Tyrone - Central - Forest Hills - Huntingdon - Central Cambria - Penn Cambria

The Top 3 (will not drop below #3):
Tyrone - Central - Forest Hills
The winner of Tyrone vs Central will claim the #1 seed
A Forest Hills win would place them into the #2 seed, and the loser of Tyrone/Central #3 seed
#4 Huntingdon cannot reach the #3 seed

Middle of the Pack (Cannot reach #3 or fall below #6):
Huntingdon - Central Cambria - Penn Cambria
Huntingdon and Central Cambria could very easily change seeds in the #4/5 pending Bonus Points
Penn Cambria win over Johnstown and Central Cambria loss, could put Penn Cambria #5
Penn Cambria is basically the only team with a locked Seeding at #6

Fighting for the playoffs (Cannot reach #6 but could end up #9 - out of playoffs):
Richland - Westmont - Bald Eagle
Bald Eagle must win and either have Richland or Westmont lose to make playoffs
They would also need Richland to not receive any bonus points to bypass Richland
Even if Richland wins, Westmont would move up to #7 with a win over Forest Hills

Any word on how the Bald Eagle Bellefonte game should shape up?

It's a huge rivalry game, but it's been really onesided since the late 80's since Stoker left BEA. Anything could happen, but B-fonte should be a big favorite here. Biggest problem for both coaches will probably be keeping their players from starting wrestling practice early.
