Bishop Carroll's punter, James McCombie, has a page on Scout.com. According to Scout, he does not have any offers, but favors Penn State, Pitt, and Akron. Does anyone have any info on him, and if he has set up any visits? I haven't heard one word about him this whole season.

It will be a shame if the kid gets no offers from a D1 or D2 school. The kid can flat out kick the ball. Don't think I ever saw a kid punt the ball better in my years of watching high school football.

I would say D2 he could definitely get an offer. PSU, Pitt, Akron not so much. Maybe a small D1-AA school. He is very inconsistent with his punts, and from what Ive seen hes an average punter at best. He is that of which Steve Greene is 300 pounds with no jiggle, and runs a 4.9 forty.

Rumor is that he is not stellar in the class room. That might spell trouble.

But the biggest thing he has going for him is a coach who traditionally has helped his players get into school. I think that Craig will give him the best oppurtunity to go to school to play ball.

In all reality, I hope that BC goes back to the rugby punt now that he is gone, this was a game changer for them in the past.

5'10" 165, he's not the biggest kid in the world. Still though, let's not dismiss the fact that PSU needs a Punter and they are very good at getting kids to walk-on.

How about that punter from Central Cambria? Had a 77 yard punt vs. Tyrone last Friday!! Or how about the kid from Huntingdon? One of the best punters I've seen in a looooong time. Both look to derserve the opportunity to kick at the next level.
