I'm not sure I'm crazy about the idea either, however, don't you think their henchmen would stand out in Somerset County? You could probably stand in Somerset all day an only use one hand to count the number of non-white people you see. If they do enter the area, they won't be under the radar.

Or maybe its a way to bring more pork barrel to this area and waste it like he has been doing for 15+ terms. I mean his airport is a prime example of his horrible decision making, maybe this will put him over the top.
