How do they come up with the points?? Maybe Head Roadie can help out here. I know you get points for road wins and wins over AA schools if you're single A but is the an exact formula??

5 points for "A" win
6 points for "AA" win..

Rating = points / total reg season games

Ex. NB 5 points, win over Hyndman / 7 games
5/7 = 0.714285...= 0.71

TM..wins over FM and SF = 10 points
10/5 = 2.00

TM girls w's over SF, FR, McCon, FM, and CR, "AA" = 26 points
26/6 = 4.33333.....

Point system is as follows:

5 points for a single A win
6 for "AA"
7 for "AAA"
8 for "AAAA"

Total points accumulated is divided by games played.

So, if a team is 2-8 with both wins over single A opponents you would divide the 10 pts. accumulated by 10 games and their rating would be 1.00

Tournament games do not count

Bedford is not very good, but they are ahead of Tussey. Is Tussey going to come on?

After Mon & Tues games.... TM wins over McCon

TM girls 31 points / 7 = 4.428571...4.43

TM boys 15 points / 6 = 2.5

Somebody has to do it Tussey Mt. fan.
and Windber lost Mon so the # 4 spot is down to
27/9 = 3 so what was a 1.37 difference from TM to 4th is now 0.5.

IN MY OPINION TUSSEY BOYS WILL HAVE A HARD TIME OVERCOMING WINDBER BECAUSE OF THE EASIER SOMERSET SCHEDULE. ALSO I THINK TUSSEY WILL LOSE SOME LEAGUE GAMES COMING UP AND EVERY GAME THEY LOSE WILL HURT THEIR RANKING.

They don't have to overtake Windber or be in 5th place or above to get into the playoffs. if they are .500 or above in regular season games, they are in. Look for 6 or 7 teams to make it in AA Boys this year. 5 are guaranteed, anyone else .500 will automatically fill out the quarterfinal portion of the brackets.
