Heat acclimation workouts begin in two weeks. Any pre-season predictions for the Heritage, WestPac, and ICC?

I believe Portage will be hard to beat in the WestPAC. They return most of the starters from last season.

What about the Heritage and ICC? In the ICC, Bellwood looks to be the team to beat again. Several teams are in rebuilding modes after impressive runs last year. Any thoughts on challengers for the Blue Devils? Will Purchase Line continue to make waves in the Heritage, or is there another contender?

I think that Mt. Union will be good again as far as the ICC goes. Throw Mo Valley in the mix too as teams returning a lot of guys.
I'm an NB homer, but they could make some noise too. In recent years they are almost always one of the teams over .500 so they have been close.
I'm not sure what everyone else returns but the 3 favorites are probably Bellwood, Mt Union, and Mo Valley. After those teams I'm not so sure.

4A - State College *** Obviously the best in D6, however they play in 6/9/10 subregional. It will be interesting to see what Altoona does under a new HC.
3A - Hollidaysburg - J'town seems to underachieve every year; Indian Valley should never be counted out; Bellefonte is a question mark.
2A - Tyrone/Forrest Hills (toss-up at this point) - This one is wide open; It will be tough for Central to repeat, especially if Runk isn't healthy. Forrest Hills could very well be the favorite. Penn Cambria? Philipsburg-Osceola? Central Cambria lost alot of talent.
1A - Bishop Recruit (McCort) - Bellwood-Antis and Portage are a close second (and quality 1A teams that could make noise in the state playoffs), but neither can match the talent level of a team that is a legit 3A team playing down.
