What are your predictions for McCort?

-What are the strengths?
-What are the Weaknesses?
-Can anyone beat them in the regular season?

Strengths easily three things the line, the running game, and the defense. Weakness, if there is one, would be the passing game but they've got guys who can catch the ball like Domonkos, Seidel, O'Reilly, Pioli, and a few others so I think they'll be fine there. And for the regular season the one team on their schedule I see giving them trouble could be Richland, but other then that BG, Somerset, BC, Westy, CC, Bedford shouldn't be too challenging, PC might be able to hang around for the first half or so like last year and Jtown might give them fits if they have a line to go with the speed. But I'll say 9-0, I believe they'll split the LHAC title with FH due to the belief they'll both be 9-0 but then again I thought that would happen last year and the Rangers wound up loosing to CC so either one of these teams but have a hicup like that this year. Also I find it hard to believe, barring injuries or something like that, that they'd not win D6 A, and after that who knows? Anything can happen.

I don't feel Richland posting a threat to them, their pass defense should be good. FH would be their biggest challenge.

I'm slightly surprised it took this long to start this thread.
It ain't over until it's over.

And I'm even more surprised that this thread has been active for more than 11 hours and not one word about what everyone knows is their biggest and true strength.......

And yet another thread on this once great website turns into what will surely become a 30 page fight over McCort, recruiting, and the way the PIAA handles the state platoffs in regards to private and public schools.      And their biggest strength is the o-line, running game, and defense not recruiting.

Then why begin the thread in the first place??? Many more 'A' teams could boast of their o-line, running game and defense with a little luxury of limitless boundaries too.

underdog1 just stated that McCort's biggest strength is "the o-line, running game and defense not recruiting". Well what about Merriman? Perhaps, though, underdog1 meant to insert a COMMA between the words 'defense' and 'not', which changes the entire meaning of his sentence. That one little wee COMMA would have changed the entire meaning of his answer.
