I know its football season but i was on the Pitt website today looking at the Basketball roster and it says we have a Chase Adams a transfer for Centenary a program thats dropping out of D1. But he averaged 14 points and 5 assists a game. He cant be that bad. But my point is....Was this ever newsworthy? I never heard a word about it but hopefully he can help ease the loss of LeVance

When Centenary dropped down from D-1, their players were allowed to transfer to another D-1 school without penalty. Adams chose Pitt. Very steady player on a so-so team the last 3 years. Will definitely help Pitt's backcourt situation.

Were young so dont expect it to be a great game

I think this may be the best Texas basketball team ever. They are deeper now than ever anyway. They should handle Pitt, but Pitt's solid defense should keep it close.
