2-5 inches reported in State College as of this morning. Talked to a guy at one of our branch offices in Philly late yesterday and they did not have any snow as yet. So for all the people heading to Happy Valley, you must really like Penn State, bc they are shuttling ppl from all over town into the stadium. You Pitt guys need to be careful too depending on which way you are headed back from Jersey. I know from experience to avoid 80 in eastern PA at all costs.
