We are approaching the time of the year where the losses start to become weighted. Let's take a look at Penn State and Pitt, shall we?
PENN STATE:
=============
Iowa 7-0
PITT:
=============
NC State 3-4
- South Carolina
- Wake Forest
- Duke (blowout)
- Boston College (blowout)
NC State has beaten a lot of really good teams. Murray State, Gardener Webb, and Pitt.

Where was the comparison last year when Pitt beat Iowa and PSU lost to Iowa?

I see Old Man Moldo snuck out of the psych ward to use the nurses computer again. Allow me to explain, elderly friend: We are talking about the one-loss teams. One of them will probably end up in the BCS national title game. Since PSU and Pitt are the two programs most commonly disgusted... I mean discussed... in this idiotic forum, we are looking at THEIR losses. Penn State lost to a 7-0, top ranked Iowa team. Pitt lost to a 3-4 NC State who's wins are over 2 I-AA teams and PITT. NC State has lost 3 straight, 2 by blowouts. They play FSU this weekend, a team who has the capacity to beat anyone in the nation when they feel like it. FSU could conceivably beat NC State by 70 points. Or, lose by 25. My prediction is that after this weekend, a 7-1 Pitt squad has a loss to a 3-5 NC State. This is what will be a hot topic come bowl season.
Hopefully, Pitt will win out and I'll get to see them play Georgia Tech on national television.
