Pitt and Penn State will play in a bowl game against each other in the next 5 years?

The only bowl game that could potentially match the two programs would be the gator bowl. But why would the Gator Bowl want PITT in the game? PITT does not bring a lot of fans especially when the bowl has the options of Notre Dame, South Florida, and West Virginia.
