1 Forest Hills vs 8 Central Cambria @ Forest Hills

5 Huntingdon vs 4 Richland @ Richland

3 Tyrone vs 6 Ligoner Valley @ Tyrone

2 Central vs 7 Penn Cambria @ Central

two interesting thoughts

1. If Forest Hills and Richland win semifinal matchup will be a Bailey Bowl Rematch

2. Tyrone and Central will have a rematch in the semifinals if both win

#1Forest Hills vs #8Central Cambria
#2Central vs #7Penn Cambria
#3Tyrone vs #6Ligonier Valley
#4Richland vs #5Huntingdon

But I won't be surprised if H-don knocks off the Rams, wouldn't shock me either to see LV upset Tyrone.

The games at Forest Hills and Central are Friday and the games at Richland and Tyrone are Saturday according to the D6 web page.

Anything can happen, I guess, but the last time one of Franco's teams made as many mental mistakes as they did Friday(week 1), a pretty darn good H-don team paid for it in week 2. That one only ended up 14-6, but H-don folks will tell you, they were never really in it, 400+ yds to less than 60, and a physical beating. I wouldn't want to be in a LV uni Saturday.

Richland will struggle to beat any team that can really run the ball. It's very unlikely they will be able to beat a physical, aggressive team. PC really exposed them on Friday night. Anyone who went to the game witnessed PC physically dominated Richland. They couldn't stop Newton or sophomore RB Jordan Fuller. PC's weak, inexperienced secondary and poor special teams play definitely cost them the game.

I was at the Richland/PC game and can contest that PC physically beat them up, and the only reason it was 42-22 was because of PC mistakes. If you ask me I would say PC was the better team on Friday, for the lone reason that they were physically dominate. But I've heard from people who were there when the Rams clashed with the Rangers that they were the more physical team that game and easily could've and possibly even should've won, which led to believe that maybe they had gotten more physical and tougher after the McCort beat down. But after what I saw Friday I'm confident in saying that either those people were lying, or that the Rangers didn't come to paly that night.

All 4 of these games should be good ones! I don't predict anyone winning by 21.

Great opportunity for the Richland community. They'll be coming out firing on all cylinders, sure they might not able to stop the run, but I think their "O" is impressive enough to get out of round 1.

Interesting enough, Bailey (Sr.) seemed to show concern for CC, and he should, they were only up 8-0 on the Red devils at half.

I haven't seen Tyrone play, so I'm going off of their work the past decade, and assuming they shouldn't have a problem with LV, for their sake, they better be prepared. That LV wants to end this season on a high note.

Central-PC should be an interesting game. Newton v. Runk, enough to know it will be a good high school playoff atmosphere!

Overall, I think all 4 favorites will come out on top, but I can see a scare in each one!
