No Room at the Inn: James Carmon

Massive JUCO DT James Carmon has been told by the PSU coaches there is no room at the inn. Now, with so few scholarships left, does this mean there is a silent commitment at DT?
The 2 targets are 5-star Sharriff Floyd and 4-star Mike Thorton. Rumors that both have already committed, but who the hell knows. Neither probably did. Interesting though, that they have officially cut ties with Carmon.
