prediction on D5 athletes in 2010?

theres is many runners in d5 who have a shot at a state title. Alot more can be state qualifiers. But mainly the point..the title this year is between windber and bedford..very close district team race

if im correct, distance runner from windber and hurdler from windber.

Hope you are right but from the times I saw from last year alot of improvement will be needed to just medal at states.I wish them all the best and hope they work hard and get gold though.

your absolutly right, gold or not..it should be good races
