The WestPAC has the front runners and the cellar dwellers right now (with the Sideling Hill League jumbled in the middle). Is there little parody in the WestPAC this year or are the teams at the top just that good?

Judging from what Ive read and seen the westpac bottom is just that bad. The top seems to be pretty competitive.

That is correct I haven't calculated the tournament games into the standings. The reason for this is that tournament games do not count toward your playoff record. They simply only count toward your total number of games played.

Example: Conemaugh Township plays a 20 game schedule.
2 of those game are in the Boswell Area Jaycees Tournament.
Therefor there record is out of only 18 games.
