Desimon Green, the QB from Clariton who beat my beloved Crushers in the State Championship game, commits to Pitt to play DE.

So we got Gibson,Issaka, and Green all in a 3 day stretch.

I'm not sure what Wanny is scheming,

Issaka may play OLB, but still we're overstocking and it wasn't a need with Clemmings and Murphy from last year's class.

but Back to Green

3 Star on Rivals, and is very very athletic. He stands at 6-4 215. and had a lot of good offers.
Cincy,Michigan,WVU,Texas Tech,Michigan State, Purdue, and Louisville.

I think he is real raw, but can turn out to be really really good. I think he is a good project to have.

#15. We gotta be nearing the end of our recruiting for next year.

I'm no Pitt fan, but Wanny and company are doing exactly what I would be doing as a recruiting coordinator: Bringing in the vast, vast majority of your recruiting class before the season starts.

Wannstedt really shot himself in the foot by hanging on the Cavanaugh and Rhodes so long. I really think that their replacements are much, much better coaches overall. I don't know if they'll ever contend for a national title, but Pitt should be in the 9-3 or better range for the next decade.

a lil' birdie says Keyshoen Jarrett, a 4 Star DB, is ready to commit to Pitt but UPS is putting the full court press on him & his HS coach is a Nitwit fan?? Will be interesting to see how it unfolds.

His family is also pressuring him heavily for PSU. I have no idea how this turns out. I've pretty much already thrown in the towel with this kid.
