1. Berlin (9-0)
2. Northern Bedford (9-0)
3. Conemaugh Township (7-2)
4. North Star (6-3)
5. Tussey Mountain (5-4)
6. Windber (5-4)
7. Meyersdale/Rockwood (4-5)

1st round games-
Mey/Rock @ Northern Bedford
Windber @ CT
Tussey @ NS

I'm betting that NB and CT will both host Friday. TM vs NS will play Saturday night.

You young-uns these days...bad...no patience...let the total picture play out..Meys Raiders vs Rockets needed to sort out all of it completely..also need the peace and serentity of a Sunday morning to present it.

Intereted in what was said about Friday or Saturday...I think it will go so NB/#7 staffs will have the opportunity to scout CT/Windber and vice-versa...in other words..NB host Fri, CT forced to host Sat.. NS pick??
we'll see.

It makes for two separate arguments....that's for sure.

NB first choice
CT second choice
NS gets the last choice

OR

NB gets first choice
The 2nd choice gets forced into no choice for scouting purposes
The 3rd choice gets Friday

I would like the second scenario to play out too. That is what usually done. If both 2 and 3 end up playing Friday, maybe the verbage for will be reworded for next year making it state that the top seed playing gets first choice. From there, games will be set up by district 5 based on a cross bracket setup. That's the plan and with 7 teams making it, it throws a wrench into things. I'm sure if there were 8 teams, decision making might be limited. 1 would play Fri, 2 Sat, 3 Fri, 4 Sat for a cross bracket setup.

So, which argument holds more true for this? Highest seed chooses which night they play or games are set up so the same side of the bracket plays opposite nights?

To make the most possible money....I'd say the scenario with NB Fri, CT Sat, and NS Fri would do it. I think the highest gate would be the CT-Windber game and if it all alone on a Saturday night it should do even better.
