Todd Dodge-yes he has a horrible College Head Coaching record, yet he was one of the most successful High School Coaches in the country compiling a 79-1 record and produced Chase Daniel and Greg McElroy. He's the QB coach, and is there primarily to recruit Texas.

Calvin McGee-The dude knows offense, him and Rich Rod weren't shoed out of town because they couldn't score. He's a good offense mind.

This Jay Norvell, the other Offensive coach is a young guy who is known to be a great recruiter.

Todd Graham has a plan for success, who knows if it will pan out, but he was more prepared than any other candidate. He had a staff made before his presser. This guy knows what he wants to do, its just a matter of if he can do what he wants to do.

Graham is good speaker, confident guy, and smart. He's surrounding himself with guys that can coach, and recruit.

No doubt more Pitt fans are falling for him then coach Haywood.

Ohio State, the far and away best team in the NE, has taken ONE kid from Texas in about 25 years, but Todd Dodge is going to steal kids from Texas and OU.

Graham was getting 3rd hand recruits in the state of OKLAHOMA. Dodge couldn't even outrecruit SMU when Benett was head coach, let alone Jones. UNT is a very distant 3rd in a 3 team Dallas race, in the recruiting wars for kids none of the bigger schools even wanted.
