And you guys let one go. 2012 Penn State OL recruit Jamil Pollard of West Deptford, NJ has decommitted. According to BWI, he was a 1st team all South-New Jersey choice as a junior last season, and attends the same high school as former PSU star Anthony Scirrotto. What does that mean? It probably means that he is good at rounding up his friends, breaking into apartments, and beating the $hit out of people.

Exactly why I don't get excited about verbals 6 months before signing day. Kids back out of verbals more and more each year. The national attention they get doesn't help.

Pollard's scholarship was pulled b/c of grades. This is confirmed through an assistant coach at West Deptford. They do not think he will become academically accepted at Penn State.
