congrats to Gervon Simon on his verbal commitment to play football at Army(West Point). i wish him all the best luck and i believe that he will do great

That is awesome. Not only getting to play D1 football but also will be serving this country. I'm sure he will make the Johnstown area proud.
Also congrats to Alkwan Williams. First team all state. Well done. These two guys just continued to build on the pride and tradition at JHS.

Kim "Buzz Killington" 9 over here. Give the kid credit, hes a great athlete and is not only furthering his athletic career at the next level but doing it at the D1-A level while making a commitment to help protect his nation. No need to come on here a knock the kid for doing some thing great like this. Thousands upon thousands of kids dream of getting into West Point and not many do. Gervon deserves nothing but credit right now.

hey Kim, you probably think alkwan is going to do horrible at Pitt huh? think he's overrated just because he plays in the LHAC, right?
