Johnstown's Junior Hockey Club

So they announced ticket prices today for Johnstown's newest team $12, $10, & $8. Yes it's cheaper than the Chiefs, but it should be, these are teenagers that don't get paid. Someone explain to me why it costs more to see amatuers play, than to see the AA Curve. I know the Pirates pay some of their salaries, but these kids aren't getting paid at all.
I know someone will say Johnstowners are cheap, blah, blah, blah, but $40 for a family of four to see amatuers play, that's a little much.
