I am trying to get my head around what Paterno must have been thinking when he allowed Sandusky to join the PSU football travel party on the university's dime along with young boys in the early and mid 2000s, knowing what he knew about Jer from 1998 and 2001, much less having them stay in the same room together. I am positively certain that the head coach has the final say and complete control over the university's travel entourage to a bowl game.. What was he thinking when Jer brought young boys around the program, knowing what he knew about 1998 and 2001?
