See previous Portage playoff teams. Why should anyone think this will be any different? BG,BA,PM,BM, and Portage in that order D6 A teams. Its great to get excited but lets be realistic.

Yes they are, but be humble about it like we have been. Just keep enjoying this fun and exciting journey week by week without trying to hype yourselves right out of your own success. Focus on Conemaugh Township Friday Night and and go from there.

And kmr, I think everyone knows that Portage isn't in that "Top Tier" of teams in D6 Single A this year quite yet.

I say bring it. I hope Portage makes it to the State Championship Game. Clairton will be waiting. ;)

screech... halt.... I was totally joking w/ the Portage guy... I know any given Friday type stuff, but other than Rochester, I don't foresee anyone stopping the Bears on their path to Hershey. Now, a team like Old Forge, or SCA could definitely stay within arms reach and could possibly be the one to end the streak. But I won't sleep on a West Middlesex, Sharpsville or a D9 rep either.

When was the last time clairton even lost a game? let alone playoff game
