What ever happened to the tire slashers? Did they get caught? Have to pay?

Okay, one of them got caught, and one other is on his way. I think so anyway. But they are finally getting what they deserve. If you want some more info, send me a private msg or something.

i heard that they caught the one the day after it happened but then they said in the paper that they didn't and then everyone just forgot about it!! SoO...What's going on??
