I don't get all the Manning hate. I log on Twitter and Facebook after the game and find everyone blasting the guy and making fun. What is wrong with Peyton Manning that makes people hate on him? He has shown nothing but class as an athlete..

The hate centers around jealousy. People don't like that.

No, PSU football and Paterno don't fit that profile because they were liars.
You see, the cult leader Paterno, along with his underlings/lapdogs Spanier, Curley, Shultz just TOLD everyone that they were perfect, could do no wrong, were the golden boys of college football, did things the right way, and millions of other myths and lies while they left some key details out of their propaganda, like the fact that they were covering for and enabling a child molester by giving Jer the keys to the castle and the run of the place for a few decades.
Have never been jealous of Paterno and PSU football, and certainly NOBODY in their right mind would change places with that disgraceful lot now since they've become a world renowned poster child for a closed culture/secret society cult of hypocrisy and disgrace.
Now, Back to PManning...

Why do Ohio State fans HATE Michigan so much??? Jealousy? I don't think so. Rivals don't like each other......period. And believe it or not, the Pitt/PSU rivalry STILL exists. But to hate ONE particular player, for NO particular reason, is totally different. Just like those who hate Tim Tebow. So, yes, if you are Sharon Tate's mother, you may HATE Charles Manson. But to hate Peyton Manning for such obscure reasons is uncalled for.
