Is there anyone on the team that is even close to being as fast as Marshall or the Harris. Would like to see that relay team make another run at states.

You can pretty well guarantee that the relay team will be good and make a great showing at states.

They aren't sprinters, they are distance runners.

just to clarify... my previous post was a joke
bill is a distance runner "the white streak"name came into effect after our sophomore year b/c he always wore a st. francis "red flash" invitational shirt, so we played on that and called him the white streak.
shane is one of my fellow pole vaulters who is actually worse than i am  and slower than me too...but at least he tries. and i would love to see him try to run distance, he cant make it down the run way w/ out getting winded

shanes goal for the year is to clear the girls opening height....might lofty goals if i may say so myself. and wild bill has the motto "intimidating from behind" for some reason, i guess out or personal enjoyment, mr. coach creps made bill run the open 400 several times this year, i really dont know why the man would be so torturous, i guess he didnt want him to run the 3200 so that we didnt have to turn on the stadium lights for him to finish

thats the best part about track "theres no bench in track!" as the signs in Bedford high say! haha. but its one of the few sports that no matter how measly pathetic of an athelet u r, there is still the chance to compete and u wont go through all the hardwork and BS just to ride the pine pony every meet.
