District 9 AAA Playoff Info

So when it comes down to Punxsutawney and Bradford I think there are some crazy happenings for the right to play in the finals vs. Clearfield.
1. Bradford won a game by forfeit over a team that stomped them in Oil City. At the end of the game Oil City used an ineligible player for 2 plays or something with the JV group. From what I heard Bradford was not going to accept the forfeit points but the district is making them. If they didn't accept the points then they were out of the running for sure with 1 win on the football field against a winless Kennedy Catholic team.
2. Punxsy would have been locked in to the final with the Owls not accepting the forfeit. Now the waters are murky.
Here is what I think is going on...maybe we can get some clarification.
If Bradford beats St. Mary's, they are in the D9AAA final no matter what Punxsy does.
If Punxsy beats Moniteau and Bradford loses, then Punxsy makes the finals.
If Punxsy loses, Bradford makes the finals.
If both lose Bradford makes the finals.
They use a points system simply for scheduling that really benefits Bradford.
Locally, I'm interested because whoever does not make the finals is who NBC will play week 10.
