If Bed. girls can get the 3rd seed and a 6th team gets in, they will get a home game. Other than that, probably not.

If they can get to 1 or 2 seed, they will also host.

---I think-----

Playbook: How many games do they have left, and against who? Given that, I can at least calculate what's possible, and/or what needs to happen for them to get a home game.

District 5 Website currently shows you at 4th, just a fraction behind NS for 3rd. (Looks current, from what I can tell.)

If you win just Somerset, you'll finish at 3.368 -- exactly what NS is at now.

If you win Somerset and TM both, you'll probably finish at 3.789.

So, a lot depends on what NS and Windber do this week.

Guess you'll have to wait. :)

Seriously, though -- don't sweat the seed thing too bad. I realize it means home court in round one (for D5), but that's about it. The year before last, when we won D6-AA, we came into the thing as a 6-seed in a 14 team field, and won by beating the 13, the 3 (a two-loss team), the 2 and the 1 (undefeated team). And, ironically, the finals game against the undefeated team was the least close of the four games. The point system does make some attempt to account for differences in schedule strength, but is (necessarily) quite imperfect at doing so.
