Is St. Joseph that improved or did Ferndale just struggle?

Is St. Joseph that improved or did Ferndale just struggle?
I just don't think Ferndale is as good as a few people thought they might be on here. However once they get teams into that basement of a gym they call home, they might surprise a team here and there.
