If you mean Tapatalk it's because it was one of the last things to be reinstalled. It is still working for me properly. You MAY need to uninstall and re-install the app on the iPhone. If you mean Safari on the iPhone itself then I will have to investigate that.

You can either add to or take away from a users reputation from within a post or from within their profile. Please see the attached images for a better explanation. For some reason you cannot see the reputation icons in "this" post I believe because it's a Global Administrator post....
