Each teams have around 15 or so games left and the ending of this season could get entertaining.

The last few weeks we have seen the flyers getting hot while trying to chase down detroit and pittsburgh. At the same time both the pens, lead by a second half on fire crosby, and the red wings, inspired by a playoff streak, are also getting hot.

What seemed like 3 teams fighting for 2 spots may end up becoming 4 or 5 teams fighting for 4 spots and seeds. Both tampa and isles have looked poor recently and dont look now but they are in distance of the pens and the leafs.

Not to mention these teams do play each other a lot. Especially for philly, who plays detriot and isles twice plus 3 more games against pittsburgh.

The sad news today was malkin having a serious injury.... idk how it will effect the pens but you never want to see a player get hurt.

Either way i have a gut feeling that the isles will be the team on the outside looking in come playoff time.

Pens drop the Rangers...again. Sid 2 goals, 1 assist. This means they lose the next game, right?

Welp saturdays game is more interesting than i would of expected. Both pens and flyers are playing lights out. Both are slowly catching rangers and islanders. Maybe its a playoff preview

Just curious, konjo. Is "welp" a west- coast colloquialism for WELL? You've used this expression a lot. Nothing wrong with it, I guess, just not found in the usual common discussions. And I'm a college dropout.

Ahh. Video games. That explains it, a generational thing.
