When Glasnow and Tallion come up, who are the odd men out of the rotation?  
Niese; while not setting the world on fire, has done well, and wins more than he loses thus far
Locke; has looked very good his past 3 starts.  Throws left handed, and one can argue has been our best starter so far
Nicassio; The new day Jeff Locke...ya never know what you're gonna get.  Only throws a fastball and Cutter to my knowledge.  Has bullpen experience

2 of these guys will go to the pen or DFAed.  so who are the 2?  It's all but assumed that Vogelsong will be gone from the organization completely.  

I think Nicasio will translate into a solid reliever. I think vogelsong is probably released, so that should be one spot.

The other spot will likely be Locke.

I don't think they'll get rid of Niese despite him having the highest ERA in the rotation currently.

To answer the orginal post:  Locke going to the pen as the second LH'er with Lobstein gone, and Niasco going to the pen with either Vogelsong or hopefully Caminero departing.   There may even be a third pitcher go eventually.  Does not seem like Hurdle is particularly fond of carrying 13 pitchers on the 25 man roster. 

JMO but hopefully the Caminero experiment is about up.   The guy must have the most hittable 100 mph fastball in the history of the game.  And what makes it worse is based on his 7.24 BB/9, he seems to have no idea where that 100 mph fastball is going.  With the current bullpen I realize there are a few options to pick from, but  he is the one Pirate reliever, I least like to see in the game. 

Agree with Crimson concerning Niese.  Even though his numbers warrant a demotion to the pen, barring an injury I don't see him departing the rotation anytime soon.

The bullpen would set up nicely with Locke, Schugel, and Niasco handling the 6th inning, Hughes and Feliz in the 7th and of course Watson and Melancon at the back end.  Vogelsong and Locke would be long relievers.
