I'm tired of not reading about baseball on here. What's new with baseball programs around the area during the off season?

Sidor retired about a month ago. Mastovich did a nice story on him.

Word on the street is there was a petition circulating to get rid of him

Yes, I heard that one of his assistants who is also a Boiler parent started the petition.

Have heard the same as high heat. If true, sad situation. Every high school coach has a lifespan within that school. Some are fortunate enough to run that span to the length of time that they wish, while others are not a good fit or simply don't get to make that run. It is unfortunate when a former player and current assistant assists in running you out of your spot. Richland should be hitting a run of great baseball players. Can they make a great team? Does this slow them down?
