More impressive wins. Their only close game was against notre dame who is a top 15 team

Who has penn state or Wisconsin beat that they deserve to be that high? Notthat I don’t think they are good teams they just haven’t played anyone great

Theyve also beat USC, a top 15 team. Thats a win not many top ranked teams have so far this season
