Who should we look out for in Girls Long Distance?
Also, I'm just a freshman so this is all new to me...what are some of the best times for the mile and so on?

I've said it once and I'll say it again. With Steph Blackstone gone, Megan Elder is gonna rip it up. Good thing for Berlin she's just a freshman and has FOUR years to get even better. :cheesy:

did Sonja Hinnish from BG graduate? she was definitely a heck of a runner, not up to Steph Blackstone's standards, but still very good

Sonja Hinish is a senior this year at Bishop Guilfoyle. She has the potential to medal in the 1600 or 3200.
IMHO, Hinish is a better runner than Stephanie Blackstone. Blackstone is a decent runner.

sorry, my bad, I never really heard as much about Sonja as I did Stephanie, I just figured it was because she wasnt as goodof a runner. I had no idea she was that impressive.

Did nastase graduate if she didn't then she will definately dominate if I remember neither blackstone or Hinish could keep up. What about the bisons theres a lil Zack sister and that brook girl wasn't too bad.

I remember Leanne Nastase (I hope I spelled it right) doing a 5:07 at the Altoona West Coaches Track meet last year. And I think Stephanie Blackstone did a 5:19 or something at states, but didn't qualify for the finals. But both of them have graduated, so I wouldn't really know who to look out for. But if Sonja Hinish hasn't graduated yet, she'll be very good in the two mile. Psychoboy, I remember her doing 11:30, so trust me, this Hinish is good.
