Legit question why do you have sto rox ahead of beaver falls and serra catholic

I have Sto-Rox ahead of them due to strength of schedule and margin of defeat. Sto-Rox's two losses are to Steel Valley 27-24 (#1 in 2A) and Avonworth 21-18 (#3 in 3A). They have also already played all the playoff qualifiers from their section and outscored them 94-0. Beaver Falls' only loss is to Beaver 19-16 (#8 in 3A) and their non-section opponents weren't very good. Serra Catholic's only loss is to North Catholic 37-14 (#10 in 4A) and they haven't been very impressive in some conference games (28-14 vs Yough, 27-18 at Ligonier Valley).
