Hank, do you know if Prosser had any D1 offers? Can't imagine that he isn't good enough to play somewhere like St. Francis.

I truly do not know. Though I would agree with any decision made by that family. They are the best of us.

Certainly not questioning the choice. More a question of whether SFU is recruiting good local talent

From what I’ve seen of him, Prosser could absolutely play at the small D1 level. His performance against Uniontown in the regular season was insane. Uniontown is good, too. It hung with Lincoln Park for four quarters, and obviously LP has two high-major D1 players in Thomas and Cummings.

I bet if you asked the Uniontown team who the best player they faced outside of the LP stars, they would all say Prosser. He gave them the business.

I can’t really think of any recent local player who just takes over games they way he can. He’s very good.

But he’s also going to a very good D2 program. Gannon is going to the D2 Elite 8 this weekend and has been ranked top 10 for weeks. It’s not a bad landing spot.

Agree about Gannon. I probably ask the question wrong. Again, I was just curious if SFU recruits locally. Maybe so, and he chose Gannon anyway, which would be totally understandable.
