i think they will go with rivers and get out of the tommy maddox era(if you could call it that) kind of reminds me of the steelers old QB that wore the number 10, good one game bad the next, they need a decent qb in the draft and i think they will pick one up, so fact

fiction, the free agency market is pretty dry at this point for qbs. and besides, they need to form a line to protect your precious supposed savior in tommy "pea shooter" maddox. blah, i hate the steelers

i can honestly see the Steelers drafting Philip Rivers if he falls down that far. He would make them a decent QB.

I don't know, but it looks like the Steelers main concern right now, so I'll say fact. However, I really think that they need to shore up the OL first before taking a QB, but however, this is a good time to get a viable second stringer, as Charlie Batch isn't second string material anymore. Brian St. Pierre isn't either I don't think, but he should be given another year to see how he develops. I think that if Ben Rothlisberger or Phillip Rivers falls to the 11th spot, the Steelers will snag him up. Starters for the secondary and OL can be found in the late first or early second round probably.

looks right now that the steelers are gonna take a qb. i dont see how they will let rivers or rothlesburger get past them. i also think they have other areas of more concern but w/ either of these guys there, it would be tough for them to pass up. there is a cb from pitt, spencer i think, who did really well in a work out. the steelers should consider him in the second round. he ran like a 4.35 or something like that.

ahh austin again

if a guy runs a 4.35 that doesn't mean he is going to be an awesome corner back.. the best corner back EVER as far as team and community wise Darrell Green.. if there is a guy remotely close to him in the draft i'd get him. one of the nfl's fastest men when he was 40

also this is a topic about them getting a DECENT quarterback, phillip rivers hasn't taken a snap in the nfl yet. sure he may have looked good in the combine but so did jeff george.. and where is he now?

Fiction.....Manning, Rivers, and Rothlesburger will all be picked by the time the Steelers get up and the QB position is looking pretty dry after those three are taken.

Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they've been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It's an opinion. Impossible is not a delaration. It's a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary.

Impossible is nothing.

There are other good QB's in that draft other than those three. ESPN say's J.P. Losman of Tulane would be a steal. He seems like a great quarterback.

Fiction. The Steelers have had too hard of a time finding a good QB lately. I don't think they come up with a good one again.
